Maurice and the Roofline team replaced a large area of flat roofing for us. Everything went smoothly, they were fast, efficient and very sensitive to an issue we had. They worked with us to make everything run as smoothly as possible, even preempting potential issues due to the weather. They cleared everything away, no fuss or bother. In fact, it went so well they are coming back to do work on the main roof. We are also concerned about the chimney, but Maurice wouldn't quote for this until he is sure it's necessary! Refreshing not to be pressured into works.

After looking at a few local companies i decided to message them after reading through their excellent reviews. They responded very quickly and efficiently and put a plan into place for the repairs after accessing the issue with the guttering and fascia board our the grade 2 listed property. The work was carried out to a very high standard and within their specified time frame. They even took a walk through video so we could see their repair. We cannot thank Maurice and his team enough. I highly recommend Maurice from Roofline Roof restoration ltd. I was in a very difficult situation, in trying to manage a roof repair in Canterbury from afar. The property was a terraced property requiring permission from neighbours. Maurice went out of his way to find a solution to the roof issue. He was honest, reassuring and very communicative and sent pictures and videos all the way through. He kept to his word and completed the project on time and even cleaned our top windows!! There were no hidden costs and being inexperienced in the roofing world, I felt supported and reassured by him. I cannot recommend Maurice and his company enough. It has been 2 months since the project was completed and there has been no problems whatsoever. He also has also given a registered warranty for the repairs he had done. I cannot thank him enough. Its far more difficult to sort out a roofing issue from afar. I am very grateful that Maurice was available and managed the whole project. You will not regret hiring Roofline Roof Restoration Ltd!!!!
We had a fibreglass flat roof as part of our newly built house 5 years ago that had been nothing but trouble since inception, partly we think because of movement of our timber framed house which sits on about 15 metres of clay. Roofline were recommended to us and Maurice visited immediately after we made contact, rapidly assessed the problem and advised complete replacement of the roof with a flexible rubber-based roof. He was spot on with his assessment and the advice he gave because the roof boards beneath the fibreglass when the roof was stripped back were rotten and close to disintegration. Maurice's team are a very impressive bunch, great workers and inspire confidence in a superb job professionally carried out with no mess. Like others who Roofline have done work for we highly recommend them.
Roofline have completed two jobs for us – replacing soffits, fascias, and gutters, and later our garage roof. On both occasions, they were professional, polite, and tidy. They only recommended work that was necessary, helping us keep costs reasonable. Excellent service and very pleasant to deal with – highly recommended!

I hardly know where to begin about my experience with Maurice and his outstanding team. From the very first meeting with regards to my leaking roof problem, I experienced total professionalism, friendliness, honesty and transparency in every part of the process. Maurice gave me a clear explanation of the problem and what needed to be done, it involved the removal of insulation foam, installed 20yrs ago and then repairing all the damage that it had caused to my roof/rafters etc. I was kept fully informed throughout the whole time the work was being carried out. The whole team worked tirelessly from early morning until late afternoon, they were polite, respectful, clean and tidy at all times. Within a week I had a smart new roof with decorative Fascias as I had requested, fully guaranteed for 20yrs. I can't thank Maurice and the whole team enough, my faith has been restored in good, honest, reliable workmanship. Thank you to you all.
Having used Roofline this year to replace our Facias and soffits, and after getting other unrealistic quotes and unsatisfactory explanations as to the method of work and the materials to be used from others, I can honestly say that the standard of work and the finish obtained by Maurice and his team was excellent. The work was arranged around unforeseen circumstances on our part with no hesitation from Maurice. The team worked tirelessly and efficiently throughout the process even identifying and replacing a cracked and leaking roof tile at no extra cost to us. We used wondeful Roofline to renew all our guttering several years ago - good workmanship, good product and skilled, efficient and friendly workmen. More recently, after having new windows installed a small repair to our guttering was required. Maurice from Roofline responded very quickly (within 2 hours) to my request via the online form and the work is now scheduled.
Great job completed by Roofline, Maurice was professional and I like how he called everyday during the job to update me on how the works was progressing. My experience with the team has been nothing short of amazing. Their level of experience and professionalism was visible right from the initial consultation. They really made sure to work with us on what we actually needed and never tried to upsell things which we didn't. Showed up on time every time and were a pleasure to have around. Their pricing is also very reasonable in comparison to others. I couldn't recommend them any more!
A gutter started falling off. Within an hour Maurice had come to inspect and he fixed it temporarily within 24 hours free of charge. We are employing him to do a proper job replacing 50 year old gutters, soffits and facias. Very pleased by what I have seen so far.
My flat roof was renewed and my concrete gutters removed and replaced with new soffits and gutters. Young Maurice’s 1&2 had admirable communication skills.
